I considered adding a user named "Done" and assigning the completed deals to that user, but alas I have the 1 user plan, so I can't do that. Why isn't there a deals status in addition to "Won," "Pending" and "Lost" named "Completed"?

We're trying to add emails to a deal using batchbox. Is this possible? Almost all communications with contacts are in the context of a deal so we'd like the emails to show up against the deal and the contact. Also, is it possible to modify a communication to assign it to a deal?
