Search Does Not Function

    I can't get the list search function to work at all. I put: name > contains > corey and it won't even show my own record. I try someone else who is in my contact list and they won't show up. All I ever get is "this list does not contain anything yet" or whatever. 

    What is this about???

    Please help.

    Hi Corey,

    The search is working correctly.  I just looked at the list you have and you have 3 lines of criteria:

    Any field contains corey, and
    Any field contains mike, and
    Any field contains steve

    Which means Batchbook is looking for any field that has all of those names in the one field.  So if you had a contact named "corey mike steve", you would get a result.  If you remove 2 of the criteria and just do a search for "Any field contains corey", it will pull up your record.
