Dups In CSV

Here is my problem: I have a huge filemaker pro file that has about 29000 or more records in it. many of them had repeating fields for multiple entries (for that particular field), meaning that when you export a csv, it would literally be exported like First Name: JohnBeckySusan / Last Name: SmithJonesAndrews. The only solution to this was to have filemaker split the repeating offenders into separate records to separate this data. The problem then was that I have about 9000 duplicates. So then you might say "then just do a merge duplicates on import" right? Well the problem is, unless I'm mistaken, the mechanism that recognizes duplicates goes by either the name, email, or both. The problem here is that in my case, the common elements between duplicate records is either the company name or street, city, state, zip (together). Is there a way to tell batchbook to search company name or address when marking two records (or more) as duplicates? After I solve that, then I need to know how I can tell batchbook what to do with the extra information in the duplicates. The duplicate records will all have different names, different emails (some dont even have emails) and different phone numbers. The reason for this is these duplicates belong to the same company, they are simply different phone numbers or emails for the same company.Any thoughts?
