These forums are a place to get help and suggestions about how to use Batchbook. The intention is that these will be community managed and maintained. The forums are moderated and as such, we will try to read all the comments and answer any questions that we can, but for a guaranteed response and the fastest turnaround we encourage you to use the Support link on the right of this page or email us at support@batchblue.com with any account specific issues or urgent requests.

Feature Requests

Batchbook has always sought the opinion of our users and many features and enhancements have been at their request. While we do have a section for feature requests please note that Batchbook development is constantly being re-prioritized based on internal and external factors. It is generally our policy to not publish a roadmap and we generally do not comment on release dates for feature improvements. All feature requests are read and considered for development so even if we don't respond, we are listening!
