delete/change input fields for contacts/webforms
  • CaniConnectCaniConnect February 11
    Hello,

Just started with Batchbook. So far I love it! I just used a webform on  my website, works great.
I have a couple of questions about this.
    1. If I select address to be inserted in the webform, automatically I get also a State selection field in the form. This is a bit strange because I live in the Netherlands (and get a USA drop down list) and actually I do not need this information.
    2. Is it possible to change the description of the contact fields. So that it will be in Dutch? Or can I make it a supertag and still have it imported as a contactfiels automatically.

    Thank you for help.

    Hi CaniConnect,

The address issue, unfortunately if you select the address it's going to default to the US state options.  What you can do is create a SuperTag field, and you can put the names of the fields in Dutch and set them to text fields.  That will allow people to read the form in Dutch, and the data will still map in correctly.

Contact field names can't be changed to a different language, but again you can use the SuperTag work around to get the information collected with the fields in any language you'd like.

    I hope this helps!
