List printing problem

When I go to print my list it will only print was is currently in view on the screen. I have several lists where there are more columns then fit on the screen. When trying to print, these disapear as if they don't exist.Also, is there anyway to download the list results to a spreadsheet? That would be super awesome!

Hi jj2500,If you print a list, you are correct it will only print what is on the screen. However, you can export the data to csv and work with it in a program like excel or numbers. Next to the button to view the report you will see a button to "export to csv". This button will not be there if you are set up as a basic user, or if you are an advanced user and your admin has you restricted the ability to export lists. So if you don't see the button, you'll have to ask the person who owns your account to get your settings changed so you can export data.Bill PasnauCustomer Experience Team
